I hate yellow...

Bill here.  I play Crimson Fists, but I'm converting the boys in blue to the boys in yellow so that they'll be the pre-heresy Imperial Fists.

Yellow has been a pain in my arse to paint, but here's a little colour test I did.

Anyway, the first one is undercoated white with a yellow wash.  The second one is undercoated grey, then primed yellow, then washed with sepia.  The last one is undercoated grey, primed yellow then had dark tone dip added to it.

Personally, i'm liking the first one - it seems more vibrant to me.  The dipped one is nice as well.
